2. Be sure to upload your logo, and photos of your merchandise to be used for event marketing. 

3. You will be emailed or texted whether you have been accepted or not and if something else is needed from you. 

4. If you are accepted, you will receive an invoice. Please note, you will not be given a spot until the invoice has been paid. *THERE IS NO REFUNDS*

Vendor Spaces:

• You will need to provide your own tent, tables, generator etc.

Pricing:

• $60 (Merchant & Food Vendor)

Policy & Procedures:

• Vendor fees must be paid through a Square invoice.

• The Event is 9:00 am - 2 pm on Saturday.

• Vendor check in is from 7:00 am to 8:00 am on Saturday.

• All Food Vendors must have the appropriate permits from the Graham County Health Department.

• There is no electricity provided

• Vendors are responsible for their own weights to hold down their tent. We recommend two cinder blocks on each corner or the equivalent.

• Vendors are prohibited from selling silly string, airsoft guns, snaps, stink bombs, fireworks and drinks in glass bottles. If these items are present, you will be asked to leave the event and will not be invited back.
